The hotel's location was ideal, close to the roundabout, shopping outlets, and Gloucester for longer periods. Also, this venue was located 2 miles away from Gloucester Docks. Loved the room with breakfast included anywhere in the world, my bed was comfortable. The food for breakfast was good...

The location seemed unbeatable in pub next door. Moreover, it's close enough to the roundabout, and Gloucester.

It has pleasant staff and clean facilities.

Conveniently located near major roads. Lino flooring in the room adds a practical touch, and the bathroom pod is both clean and efficient.

Parking bays are small and can be a hassle if you have a larger ship, like the Millennium Falcon. External noise from the A38 disrupts a peaceful night. The room had a strange smell, forcing me to leave the window open, which exposed me to more outside noise. Limited tea and coffee supplies led to an unnecessary trip for more, and the kettle lacks a nearby power socket, which feels thoughtless. The bed is notably hard. Breakfast options lean towards the underwhelming, with tinned mushrooms and stale pastries, while the awkward dining space can get crowded.

The venue is clean, the stuff is welcoming.

Beds. The room was centrally heated and we were given very warm duvets. In addition, there were plastic sheets on the beds. We could not sleep as it was far too hot.

It was just the ideal choice for a little getaway in Gloucester with good price-value balance. Had a surprisinglysuper clean and cozy room, which seemed like a steal for the price. Make sure to check the breakfast timing to avoid waiting too long for the hot items.

The whole experience was brilliant, no complaints whatsoever, recommend. Amenities and location, every detail was wonderful. Competent and attentive staff, provided useful info. The location of the hotel was peaceful - not too far from Breaks. It was a pretty quiet area, a chilled-out base for me. The restaurant was lovely, I tried excellent dishes.

Room, staff and welcome was excellent even though we arrived quite late.

It is close to a main carriageway so not a great view and could be noisy but we both slept well.

Close to a wedding we wre going too. Friendly and helpful staff. We had no TV at all on the first evening and the electric had to be turned off in order to rectify this, but the young lady was very apologetic and got it sorted as soon as she could.

I found the holding amount of £80 somewhat confusing as this amount showed on my mini statment as paid then i paid my full bill on departure. However, i have only noticed the actual amount coming out of my account.

Good place with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor car park. The staff once recommended a tasty takeaway, which I still remember. I'll always return for my trips.
